McGuigan Capital LLC is a holding company for a small group of owner-operated businesses. There's no fund, no outside investors and no board: just a set of companies that are expected to pay for themselves.

The businesses don't share customers or infrastructure. What they share is an operating standard: build the thing properly, keep the overhead low, and don't sell anything we wouldn't buy.
